About This Role

We are seeking a Per-Sales Consultant specializing in AI Consulting and Executive Analytics to support senior leadership engagements across the GCC.

This role focuses on opportunity qualification, executive discovery, and solution framing rather than traditional sales. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor in early client conversations, helping shape high-quality opportunities for leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and lead early discussions with senior stakeholders (CEOs and Heads of Function).
  • Conduct structured discovery sessions to assess business challenges, process maturity, and data readiness.
  • Qualify opportunities before escalation to senior leadership.
  • Support development of per-sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Represent NEXEL in executive conversations as a credible front-line advisor.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and principals during handover and early engagement stages.
  • Ensure smooth transition of qualified opportunities to delivery and leadership teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Saudi national preferred.
  • 3 6 years of experience in consulting, per-sales, or enterprise technology.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Comfortable engaging with executives as well as operational teams.
  • Ability to ask insightful questions and assess business needs.
  • Basic understanding of AI capabilities and limitations (technical background not required).
  • Experience working in client-facing roles is a plus
