Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough needs analysis by engaging with clients to understand their specific requirements for building automation solutions.
  • Design and propose innovative and cost-effective BMS solutions, including system architecture, equipment selection, and integration strategies.
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, including technical specifications, bill of materials, and accurate cost estimations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry, with a focus on pre-sales activities.
