Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting technical and commercial proposals in response to tender inquiries from clients.
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis to determine the most viable approach for a project.
- Collaborating with sales teams, project managers and design engineers to identify project requirements and prepare proposals in compliance with the technical specifications.
- Participating in technical discussions with clients and other stakeholders to explain product features, benefits and technical aspects related to the bid.
- Managing the project pricing, preparing the pricing submission sheets and handing over to the project team in case of successful tenders.
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, vendors and contractors throughout the tendering process and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Evaluating all incoming inquiries (RFQs/RFIs), analyzing the requirements, and preparing a response plan accordingly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree In electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of low voltage building panels, including design, installation, and compliance standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with design and simulation software relevant to low voltage panels building systems is a MUST.
- Prior experience in engineering support, technical sales, or a similar presales role within the electrical industry.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing industry standards.
- Negotiation Skills in negotiating contracts and understanding customer needs.
- Cairo residents is a MUST.
