Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Own premium segment performance (sales, margins, VAS, financing adoption).
- Lead the premium sales consultant team: deliver luxury customer experience, test drives, negotiations, deal closure.
- Build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Hire, train, and develop the team.
- Coordinate token-to-delivery processes.

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 3 4 years in premium dealerships (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche or similar).
- Proven track record leading premium automotive sales teams.
- Knowledge of UAE consumer financing processes.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; polished client-facing presence.
- Preferably international background and valid UAE driving license.
