Primary Modern Foreign Languages Teacher (French & Spanish)
Kings School Dubai is seeking an exceptional Primary Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher, specialising in French and Spanish, to join our thriving school from March 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected, creative and successful faculty that plays an integral role in the life of our school.
Languages hold a prominent place at Kings , and the MFL department is known for its academic excellence, stimulating pedagogy, and vibrant learning environment. The successful candidate will join an experienced and innovative team that maintains high standards, values professional dialogue, and is committed to delivering an outstanding education for every child.
We are looking for a passionate linguist with a proven track record in Primary language teaching, who is committed to inspiring a love of languages across Key Stage 2 and aligned with our Best by Every Child ethos.
Qualifications
- A high-quality degree with French or Spanish as the main or significant component
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience & Attributes
- An outstanding MFL teacher with secure experience teaching French and Spanish across KS2
- Able to deliver consistently inspirational lessons and secure strong pupil outcomes
- Experience and understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- A commitment to the wellbeing and pastoral care of all pupils
- Willingness to contribute positively to wider school life, including the organisation of educational visits (experience desirable)
- Innovative, creative and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for language learning
- Experience of working internationally or with international cohorts is advantageous
