Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and activities aligned with the primary school curriculum, ensuring comprehension and retention.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation, builds confidence, and promotes a love of learning.
- Monitor student progress regularly, tracking performance data, and providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Prepare students for assessments and examinations, providing targeted practice and test-taking strategies to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development and academic success.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning needs, including students with special educational needs (SEN).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential, with proficiency in additional languages being a valuable asset.
- Open to all nationalities, fostering diversity and inclusivity in the learning environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary education or tutoring, revealing a proven track record of student success.
- Hold a valid teaching certificate or relevant qualifications, showcasing commitment to professional standards and ethical practice.
- Possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficient lesson planning and student progress tracking.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in pedagogical principles.
- Proficient in using online learning platforms and educational software, reflecting adaptability to modern teaching tools.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for nurturing young learners and fostering their academic potential.
