Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their specific needs, and providing solutions that align with our product offerings. This position requires a strong technical background in pumps and pump systems, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying opportunities for growth.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the residential and commercial pump industry sector.

• Coordinate and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding pumps and pump systems, including industry trends and new product developments.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs effectively. • Prepare and deliver technical sales proposals and contract negotiations.

• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.

• Achieve sales targets and quotas to drive company revenue growth.

• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical assistance and product education.

• Monitor competitor activities and gather industry market intelligence for strategic planning. • Offer customer support and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports to monitor the progress of sales activities. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Diploma in Mechanical engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role in the pump industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.

• Strong technical understanding of pumps and related equipment is essential.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to sales. Familiar with CRM and ERP.

Desired Candidate Profile

Familiar with pump selection and MOC.
