Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background combined with excellent sales and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, presenting technical solutions, and driving revenue by building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories within the UAE and GCC. • Present, promote, and sell company products/services using solid technical knowledge and persuasive sales techniques. • Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations. • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored engineering solutions. • Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure project success. • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tender documentation. • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields). • Proven sales experience in the UAE or GCC region (3-7 years preferred). • Strong understanding of technical products or solutions. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). • Valid UAE driving license is required. Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). • Familiarity with tendering procedures in the UAE. • Network of existing clients in relevant industries (Oil & Gas, Construction, etc.). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
