Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
Responsible for effectively managing and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our projects and initiatives.
Play a critical role in aligning stakeholder interests with organizational objectives, fostering collaboration, and driving project success.
Develops and fosters relationships with stakeholders and liaises with all relevant agencies/authorities and client team to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all regulatory requirements, design criteria and design changes.
Develops, monitors and updates the Stakeholder Management Plan.
Establishes NOI/NOC tracker to track information s and status and ensures timely intervention to ensure approvals in time.
Monitors progress of drawings and documentation for NOCs.
Liaison with authorities for all technical queries and required approvals.
Monitors project schedules regularly and coordinate with the project and design manager to determine any delays or deviations related to NOC progress.
Participates in project design meetings and Guide the design team on approvals methods and workflows.
Coordinates and collects information from relevant agencies, third party consultants and contractors for all technical queries ad issues to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Maintains and updates the stakeholders mapping/registers/plans as stakeholders roles and requirements change throughout the programme duration.
To Interface Clients and governmental bodies on projects.
To lead a team of stakeholders and coordinators on different projects and monitor activities and team performance.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in stakeholder management, public relations, or a similar role, preferably within a project-based environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and driving project outcomes.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to assess stakeholder needs and align them with organizational goals.
Experience in organizing and facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
Fluency in English and Arabic languages
