Private Chef

We are seeking an experienced Private / Family Chef for a prestigious household in Jeddah. The role focuses on preparing high-quality, health-oriented meals for an elderly principal (80+), with strong emphasis on geriatric nutrition, organic cooking, and safe, sustainable weight management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner tailored to elderly nutritional needs and personal preferences.

• Design light, digestible, nutrient-dense, well-balanced menus supporting safe weight loss and overall wellness.

• Follow heart-healthy, anti-inflammatory, and longevity-focused diet principles (Mediterranean-style when appropriate).

• Use fresh, organic, minimally processed ingredients at all times.

• Prepare Arabic, Mediterranean, Asian, and Western cuisines.

• Adapt meals for low-salt, diabetic-friendly, gluten-free, and low-carb diets.

• Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, and caregivers when required.

• Manage full kitchen operations, sourcing, hygiene, food safety, and inventory.

• Maintain absolute discretion, professionalism, and respectful communication.

Requirements

• 5 8+ years experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef, or Executive Chef (private households, villas, yachts, or five-star hotels).

• Strong knowledge of elderly and special dietary requirements.

• Experience serving VIP/high-profile families preferred.

• Fluent Arabic required; English is an advantage.

• Mature, patient, emotionally intelligent, and trustworthy personality.
