Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Craft bespoke menus catering to the VIP family's dietary needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds, ensuring a personalized culinary experience.
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships, to guarantee seamless food service.
- Prepare and serve meals with impeccable presentation, precision, and adherence to the highest culinary standards, from casual family dinners to formal events.
- Maintain a spotless and organized kitchen environment, strictly adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possess a culinary degree or equivalent professional training
Hold certifications in food safety, hygiene, and relevant areas.
Male cook who has preferably worked in a house or reputed restaurant
Demonstrate extensive experience (5+ years) in high-end private households, luxury hospitality
He should have good experience in cooking multicuisine with expertise in Arabic, Indian, Tandoor, & Grilled food. Experience in other cuisines is an advantage
GCC experience is an advantage
Should be able to communicate in English and Hindi
Should be neat and tidy at all times
