Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals across a variety of international cuisines, tailored to the preferences of the principals and their guests.
- Design bespoke menus for daily dining, special occasions, and private events, ensuring variety, nutrition, and seasonality.
- Demonstrate expertise in multiple cuisines (e.g., Continental, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Asian, and Indian), with the ability to adapt dishes to dietary requirements.
- Source premium ingredients and manage procurement, ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Maintain a well-organized kitchen, adhering to strict hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols.
- Collaborate with the Butler and service team to ensure seamless dining experiences and presentation standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, stock rotation, and cost control efficiently.
- Cater to specific dietary needs such as vegan, gluten-free, keto, or medically advised meal plans.
- Support and execute private events, formal dinners, and high-profile gatherings.
- Uphold absolute discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience working in UHNW or royal households is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of nutrition, dietary planning, and ingredient pairing.
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Ability to work independently while maintaining consistency and excellence.
Well-presented with strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Familiarity with Gulf region preferences and cultural considerations is highly desirable.
Flexible and willing to travel across residences in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia if required.
