Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As an Associate, you will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior stakeholders on sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end deal execution (origination closing portfolio management)
- Build and review complex financial models and valuation analysis
- Conduct commercial, financial, and strategic due diligence
- Prepare investment memos and IC materials
- Engage with portfolio companies and management teams to drive performance
- Monitor existing investments and support value creation initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
3 4 years experience within Private Equity (buy-side essential)Proven track record of transaction executionPrior exposure to the GCC marketStrong financial modelling and analytical capabilitiesExperience across one or more of the following sectors is preferred:Consumer / FMCGFinancial ServicesIndustrials / ManufacturingHealthcareBackground from a top-tier investment firm
