Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The PRO/Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for company staff, clients, and guests, as well as handling government liaison and administrative support tasks (PRO functions) such as processing visas, labor files, and other official paper work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive company personnel, clients, or guests to and from designated locations (meetings, airport, etc.) while adhering to traffic laws and safety standards.
  • Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrivals.
  • Plan and optimize routes using GPS/navigation tools.
  • Assist with loading/unloading luggage and company goods as needed.
  • Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition; report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on government related documentation (e.g., visa applications and renewals, labor cards, immigration requirements) in compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Liaise with government departments and agencies (Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Embassies, etc.) on behalf of the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of permits, transactions, and official correspondence.
  • Support HR or administrative teams with additional clerical duties as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record (or equivalent local driving licence if outside the UAE).
  • Proven experience in professional driving; previous PRO or government liaison experience is often preferred .
  • Strong knowledge of local traffic laws, routes, and navigation systems .
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to carry out administrative tasks accurately and efficiently , including paperwork and government filing.
