Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits on process efficiency and compliance
Review engineering and contracting workflows for policy and regulatory adherence
Identify process gaps, risks, and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
Prepare clear audit reports and recommendations
Work with project teams to implement improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 5+ years of experience in process audits and compliance (non-finance)
Strong knowledge of audit frameworks, operational controls, and regulatory standards
Proven experience in engineering and contracting environments
Bilingual (Arabic & English) – mandatory for reporting and stakeholder communication
Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai
Valid visa status or readiness for visa processing
