Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits on process efficiency and compliance

  • Review engineering and contracting workflows for policy and regulatory adherence

  • Identify process gaps, risks, and corrective actions

  • Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards

  • Prepare clear audit reports and recommendations

  • Work with project teams to implement improvements

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in process audits and compliance (non-finance)

  • Strong knowledge of audit frameworks, operational controls, and regulatory standards

  • Proven experience in engineering and contracting environments

  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) – mandatory for reporting and stakeholder communication

  • Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai

  • Valid visa status or readiness for visa processing
