Process Control Specialist

Client of EDI STAFFBUILDERS INTERNATIONAL INC (EDI)

Monitor production process performance using control systems (e.g., DCS, PLC, SCADA).

Ensure process variables (temperature, pressure, flow, pH, etc.) remain within target parameters.

Identify deviations and implement corrective actions promptly.

Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement process control strategies to optimize production efficiency and product quality.

Conduct regular process audits and troubleshooting to maintain process stability.

Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality) to resolve process-related issues.

Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and food safety standards.

Provide training to production staff on process control procedures.

Stay updated on the latest process control technologies and best practices.
