Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
YOUR ROLE
- Manage Process engineers' team
- Ensure daily monitoring of yield evolution.
- analyze deviations and define pareto of defects and action plans follow up through PDCA.
- Supervise the activity of non-conforming lots analysis and disposition.
- Manage customer claim through 8D preparation
- Define methods, work instructions, FMEA, gage R&R and SPC control charts with periodic review and update.
- Ensure training and certification line operators.
- Lead analysis and characterization of material defects and follow up of actions with material suppliers.
- Key interface for internal and external audits
- Support team for audits
- Initiate improvement plan
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- ENSAM engineering school or equivalent.
- min 4-5 years Experience
- Technical skills
- Lean manufacturing knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High level of communication and team working behavior
- English business proficiency
