Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Role - Procurement Administrator - 6 Months Contract
  • Location - Abu Dhabi/AL Ain
  • Contract - 6 Months- Might extend
  • Type - Outsourced

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation
  • Maintain procurement records and update supplier databases
  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for goods and services
  • Coordinate with internal departments to confirm procurement requirements
  • Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, or delays
  • Support contract administration and assist in reviewing supplier agreements
  • Prepare procurement reports and analyze purchasing trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations
  • Assist in implementing procurement procedures and cost-saving initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
