Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Data Reporting & Insights: Collect, clean, and analyse procurement data (purchase orders, vendor pricing, inventory trends) to support decision-making and cost optimization.
Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to monitor spend, lead times, and supplier performance.
Vendor Analysis: Support category managers by preparing comparative analysis on supplier pricing, quality metrics, and contract compliance.
Process Improvement: Identify process gaps and recommend automation or low-code solutions to streamline purchase requisition, approval, and reporting workflows.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with finance, warehouse, and sales operations teams to ensure accurate data flow and alignment of procurement forecasts with business needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in any discipline from a recognised University or Institution.
