Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in obtaining quotations, preparing comparison sheets, and supporting purchase requisition processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors for documentation, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Support the preparation and filing of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records.
  • Maintain procurement databases, track order status, and update records.
  • Ensure compliance with airport procurement policies and approval workflows.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Prior experience in procurement or administrative support preferred.
  • College Graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work part-time hours efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Should be on own visa.
  • Temporary role for 2 months.
  • Willing to live and work in RAK.

Desired Candidate Profile
