Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and expedite the procurement of solar project materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favorable pricing and contract terms.
  • Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and other procurement documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Analyze bid responses, comparing pricing, quality, and delivery schedules to make informed purchasing decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully procuring materials and services for solar projects.
  • Strong understanding of solar project components, including PV modules, inverters, and racking systems.
