Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine material requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQs) and analyze quotations for cost, quality, and delivery.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors to optimize cost savings.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites.
Coordinate with site teams to forecast procurement needs and avoid delays.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
Ensure materials and services meet project and company standards.
Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in resolving vendor claims, delivery issues, or material non-conformities.
Stay updated with market trends, price movements, and material availability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in one of the following:
Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Construction Management
Or a related engineering/technical field
5-7 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing within:
Construction projects
Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) companies
