Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Support the Group Procurement Manager in executing procurement functions across projects.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure strong working relationships.

• Define and confirm scope of supply, material budgets, and quantities for tender preparation.

• Manage purchase requests, vendor evaluations, and transactions to align with project needs.

• Oversee timely placement of purchase orders and track material deliveries.

• Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

• Maintain procurement logs and support accurate project reporting.

• Work closely with the project manager, planning engineer, QS team, and logistics manager to ensure smooth material transfers and availability.

• Ensure procurement activities are completed within company policies and project deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Administrative Sciences (or equivalent).

• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry.

• Skills:

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of tendering, vendor management, and supply chain processes.

• Ability to manage multiple procurement packages simultaneously.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
