Job Description Join our dynamic automotive team as a Procurement Executive, where you will play a vital role in streamlining our supply chain activities and optimizing procurement processes. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to negotiate the best deals with suppliers, ensure timely delivery of quality materials, and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Your strategic thinking and strong analytical skills will be essential in evaluating suppliers and future opportunities for cost savings. Moreover, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of procurement procedures, thus driving efficiency and ensuring that our procurement strategies align with the company's objectives. You will collaborate with various departments across the organization, including production, finance, and logistics, to ensure the seamless operation of our supply chain.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to the automotive industry needs.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable conditions.
  • Conduct regular analysis of market trends to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely procurement of necessary materials to avoid production delays.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality and delivery.
  • Collaborate with various departments to forecast material needs and delivery schedules.
  • Continuously improve procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage the vendor selection process, including evaluation and approval of new suppliers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers and procurement records for reference.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations in all procurement activities.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within the automotive industry.
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful agreements.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and procurement best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex procurement issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
