Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle daily procurement and purchasing operations.

Prepare and issue purchase orders.

Search for reliable suppliers and compare prices.

Negotiate contracts and payment terms with vendors.

Track deliveries and ensure timely supply of materials.

Maintain procurement records and documentation.

Coordinate with finance, warehouse, and operations teams.

Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing jobs in UAE.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

Ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines.
