Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement for events and exhibition-related materials and services.
- Source, negotiate, and coordinate with local and international vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials for projects.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Collaborate with project and production teams to understand requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and identify new potential suppliers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in events/exhibitions.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/tools.
- Arabic-speaking candidates will be given preference (basic Arabic acceptable).
- Open to candidates of all nationalities.
