Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, specifically focusing on local UAE suppliers.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, optimizing cost savings and ensuring value for money within the UAE market.
  • Manage supplier relationships, fostering strong partnerships with UAE-based vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis within the UAE, identifying new suppliers and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • UAE National with a strong understanding of the local business landscape and cultural nuances.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, preferably within the UAE.
  • Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management with UAE suppliers.
