Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets

Prepare and manage procurement plans for materials, equipment, and subcontract services

Identify and prequalify suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and contractual requirements

Issue RFQs, RFPs, and tenders in coordination with technical and commercial teams

Evaluate technical and commercial bids and prepare comparison statements

Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts to achieve best value

Finalize purchase orders and subcontract agreements

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment

Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery schedules

Coordinate with logistics and site teams to avoid delays or shortages

Manage long-lead items and critical materials

Work closely with commercial and finance teams to control procurement costs

Ensure alignment with approved budgets and cash flow requirements

Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams on material requirements

Provide procurement status reports and forecasts to management

Resolve procurement-related issues and claims

Ensure compliance with contractual terms, legal requirements, and company policies

Ensure ethical procurement practices and supplier compliance
