Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Role - Procurement Officer
  • Type - Outsourced
  • Salary- 10000-11000 AED

Key Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in procurement, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance management
  • 5+ years in high-volume procurement and contract administration
  • 3+ years in engineering inventory management (custodial industry preferred)
  • Proven experience in team supervision and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong background in tender preparation, technical specifications, and commercial reporting
  • Demonstrated success in supplier selection, negotiation, and complex contract delivery
  • Experience working in dynamic, matrixed environments with demanding business goals

Knowledge & Tools

  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • CIPS certification preferred
  • Engineering background advantageous, especially for maintenance-related procurement
