Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Key responsibilities include Strategic Planning, Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Negotiations to keep prices under budget, effective Resource Management & Inventory tracking. Supply Chain Management, Contracts Management, Materials Management.

  • Procurement of materials (local & import) through inquiry, preparation of comparative statements, PO/WO issuance to vendors.

  • Responsible B&C category Electrical items such as Cables & Accessories, Cable Support Systems, Lighting, Earthing, electrical components, , HVAC equipments, plumbing materials and MEP related materials.

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors. Obtain quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and recommend suppliers. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Issue purchase orders in coordination with project Teams.

  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Office & SAP system.

  • Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.

  • Comply with all relevant safety, health & environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • The candidate should have 3-8 years’ experience, out of which at-least 3 years in years of procurement experience in MEP contracting.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Candidate who can join immediately shall be preferred.
