Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.

Manage the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to purchase order and delivery.

Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities to enhance the procurement function.

Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards in procurement activities.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations, legal) to ensure seamless procurement operations.

Maintain and update supplier databases, track performance, and handle any supplier-related issues or disputes.

Prepare regular procurement reports for senior management, including budget reports, savings, and performance analysis.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of procurement specialists or assistants.

Manage contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers to ensure compliance and delivery standards are met.

Must have a driving license
