Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
-Manage procurement execution workflows, approvals, and documentation
-Coordinate tendering and bidding processes from preparation to evaluation follow-up
-Support contract drafting, review coordination, revision tracking, and signature workflows
-Maintain procurement records, tender files, and compliance documentation
-Liaise with internal teams, vendors, finance, and legal to ensure smooth execution
-Support SOP improvements, contract tracking, and audit-ready documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Experience in procurement operations, tender coordination, or contract administration
-Strong process management and documentation skills
-Familiar with structured approval workflows and compliance-driven environments
-Experience with contract coordination and tender documentation
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
-UAE procurement or contract administration experience is a plus
