Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end procurement for fit-out and joinery materials, finishes, and subcontracted works.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure best price, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare and issue RFQs, comparison sheets, LPOs, and supplier agreements.
  • Maintain and update the approved vendor list, ensuring compliance with project and company requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with estimating, design, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Track and monitor material deliveries, approvals, and project requirements.
  • Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and reliability.
  • Ensure all procurement activities align with budget and project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
  • Assist in cost control and support the QS/Finance team with documentation for payment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of procurement experience in UAE fit-out or joinery industry is a must.
  • Strong understanding of fit-out materials, joinery hardware, finishes, and MEP items.
  • Good negotiation, coordination, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (knowledge of Zoho / Odoo / Tally preferred).
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
