Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)
Follow up on deliveries and lead times
Maintain procurement records and supplier database
Coordinate with finance, logistics, and warehouse teams
Verify invoices and delivery documentation
Assist in RMA processing with suppliers
Coordinate demo requests with suppliers
Safekeeping and management of vendor forms, contracts, and agreements
Desired Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
Strong negotiation and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/Tally experience is a plus
Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines
