A leading company in the food sector announces a job opening for the position of:

Product Development Chef

Location: Eastern Province - Dammam

Educational qualification: Diploma in Culinary Arts

Main tasks:

• Creating and developing new, high-quality recipes inspired by Saudi heritage that suit customer tastes.

• Conducting cooking tests and improving recipes to suit market needs and meet quality standards.

• Analyzing and guiding markets based on feedback to ensure product quality and acceptance.

• Training kitchen teams on new preparation methods and recipes.

• Providing technical suggestions for product development in accordance with food safety standards and health requirements.

Required qualifications and experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in hot kitchens, including outstanding experience in the Saudi market kitchen.

• High ability to innovate and develop products and recipes with modern tastes and diverse techniques.

• Strong knowledge of market trends and the tastes of the Saudi consumer, and skill in analyzing food data.

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and excellent leadership and training skills.

• Proficiency in working under pressure and delivering exceptional quality at all stages of product development.
