This is a remote position.
As a Product engineer, you will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the development partner & teams are working on tasks that deliver the most value to. By collaborating with various stakeholders - including function owners, business, development partners/ team, and the support - you will ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products and ensure alignment with overall company business objectives.
1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues to internal and external users
2. Respond to user inquiries and incidents through various communication channels (e.g., phone, email, ticketing systems)
3. Diagnose and resolve application issues, involving debugging and analyzing error logs
4. Collaborate with the product team and external vendors to resolve complex problems
Requirements
▪ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
▪ 4+ years of experience in application support or a similar technical support role.
▪ Experience with low-code/ no-code development platforms (e.g. UnCorq).
▪ Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
▪ Experience with integrations and APIs in a no-code application.
▪ Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
▪ Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
▪ Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
▪ Experience in designing user-friendly interfaces, understanding user experience principles. Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus.
