Job Profile & Overview

We are hiring Product Heads and Product Managers focused on:
Acquiring exclusive real-estate mandates
Scaling plotted developments & land opportunities
Driving inventory sales through global channel partners and internal sales teams
The role requires professionals with strong developer relationships, mandate acquisition capability, and deep understanding of plotted developments and land sales.

Real Estate Mandate Acquisition & Inventory Sales
Acquire quality exclusive mandates and successfully drive inventory sales through brokers, financial advisors, banks, and channel-partner networks globally.
Key Responsibilities
Real Estate Mandate Acquisition
Identify and secure exclusive plotted and land mandates
Build relationships with developers and landowners
Negotiate commercials, pricing, inventory allocation, and exclusivity
Channel Partner Sales Management
Work closely with broker and channel-partner networks across UAE, India & North America
Coordinate with banks, distributors, brokers, and financial advisors
Drive inventory sales through partner activations and closures
Sales Execution & Expansion
Conduct broker meets, project presentations, and launch events
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead generation and conversions
Expand distribution through B2B and NRI investor networks
Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years of real-estate experience
Strong developer and broker network
Experience in plotted developments and land sales preferred
Strong mandate acquisition and sales-closing capability
Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills
UAE experience preferred for Dubai-based roles
