Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IGs trading, investment and crypto products for our APAC division.
- Lead design and engineering teams to create compelling new products.
- Drive innovation in trading, investment and crypto experiences, tools, and features
- Identify market trends and opportunities to maintain IGs competitive advantage
- Ensure our products meet regulatory requirements while delivering excellent user experiences
- Analyse product performance, customer feedback, and market data to inform product decisions
What you ll need for this role
- 5+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years leading trading, investment or crypto products
- Deep understanding of financial markets, cryptocurrencies, trading and investments platforms, and regulatory requirements
- Experience managing complex, regulated financial products
- Proven track record of delivering innovative digital solutions
- Proven track record of relentless execution
- Leadership skills with experience managing high-performing product teams
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making
