Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership & Strategy
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned brands and categories, with focus on revenue growth and distribution share.
  • Define go-to-market strategies and pricing models aligned with regional demand.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform product positioning.
  • Vendor Management
  • Liaise with vendors (e.g., Samsung, Logitech) to align on roadmap, inventory, and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with vendor programs and reporting requirements.
  • Represent the company in vendor meetings, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Channel & Partner Enablement
  • Develop and execute channel programs with distributors, resellers, and integrators.
  • Conduct partner onboarding, training, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive pipeline velocity through joint marketing and incentive campaigns.

Sales Support & Forecasting

  • Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales engagements and solution design.
  • Ensure precision in forecasting and CRM data to support agile decision-making and sales planning.
  • Assist in cost estimation and commercial negotiations for large-scale deployments.

Domain Expertise & Solutioning:

  • Work closely with presales, marketing, and operations to deliver integrated AV/VC solutions.
  • Provide input on product bundling, solution architecture, and integration with ELV systems.
  • Support internal teams with technical documentation and product training
  • Stay current on AV technologies including video walls, UC devices, and display standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in product management, category ownership, or channel sales.
  • A commercially astute mindset with a bias for action and cross-functional leadership. Proven success in B2B or B2C environments AV OR IT preferred.
  • Familiarity with conferencing platforms, display technologies, and physical security integration.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel-based forecasting.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Candidates with exposure to MENA channel dynamics, multilingual fluency, and hands-on experience with brands like Samsung, Logitech, or Poly will be prioritized.
