Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for B2B lending products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Finance, Data, and Operations teams to design and implement robust lending workflows - from onboarding and credit assessment to disbursement and servicing.

Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Drive product development in Agile sprints, managing priorities and ensuring on-time, high-quality releases.

Monitor key performance metrics such as loan conversion, approval rates, portfolio health, and repayment performance to guide product decisions.

Leverage data and feedback to continuously improve underwriting accuracy, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with lending regulations, KYC/AML policies, and risk management frameworks.

Act as a key liaison between commercial stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency across initiatives.

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, with a proven background in B2B lending, SME finance, or credit-related fintech products.
• Deep understanding of the B2B lending lifecycle - from origination and underwriting to servicing and collections.
• Experience working with credit scoring models, data integrations, and loan management systems.
• Strong grasp of financial concepts such as risk assessment, interest calculation, and repayment structures.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver outcomes in an Agile environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions (SQL, BI dashboards, or product analytics tools).
• Exceptional communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience in fintech, embedded lending, or B2B payments ecosystems.
• Familiarity with APIs, credit bureaus, and data partners in the lending value chain.
• Exposure to financial compliance, risk frameworks, and KYC/AML processes.
• Background in startups or high-growth environments with lean, iterative development cycles.
• Strong product discovery and experimentation mindset.
• Additional languages or experience in GCC markets are a plus.
