Roles & Responsibilities

Overview Of The Role:

The role will be responsible for overseeing franchise tire brands distributed by the company, managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 tire product requirements, and collaborating closely with suppliers, sales teams, OEMs, fleets, and customers to drive profitability, market growth, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand performance, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring a competitive market position across the UAE tire industry.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and grow the company’s portfolio of franchise tire brands, ensuring strong market presence and sustainable business growth.

  • Coordinate directly with tire manufacturers and franchise principals on product planning, pricing strategies, supply management, promotional activities, and performance targets.

  • Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, brand standards, and regional market requirements.

  • Monitor sales performance, profitability, and market share across all assigned tire brands.

  • Develop annual business plans, growth strategies, and market expansion initiatives for each brand.

  • Oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 tire requirements across OEM, fleet, dealer, and replacement market segments.

  • Analyze market trends and customer demand to recommend suitable tire ranges, specifications, and product mix.

  • Manage sourcing, forecasting, inventory planning, and product lifecycle activities to ensure optimal product availability.

  • Oversee technical product specifications, homologation, certifications, and quality compliance standards.

  • Support the sales team with pricing strategies, product positioning, technical presentations, and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and product performance evaluations to identify growth opportunities.

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launch activities for new tire ranges.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, fleet operators, and OEM partners.

  • Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and planning teams to maintain healthy inventory levels and efficient stock movement.

  • Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving inventory to optimize stock turnover and minimize aging inventory.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, demand planning reports, and business performance updates.

  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers.

  • Provide technical guidance on tire applications, specifications, and product performance.

  • Support the resolution of warranty claims, technical issues, and customer complaints in a timely manner.

  • Conduct product knowledge and technical training sessions for sales teams, dealers, and business partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Strong understanding of the UAE tire market, including customer trends, competitor landscape, and distribution networks.

  • Proven experience working with OEMs, fleet customers, and distributor networks.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and supplier partners.

  • Commercially focused with strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in tire product management, automotive distribution, or a related industry.

  • Strong knowledge of passenger, truck, and commercial tire segments.

  • Experience managing multiple tire brands and franchise operations.

  • Familiarity with Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive supply requirements and industry standards.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
