Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Product Success Manager to drive product adoption, customer value realization, and long-term account growth.

This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven professional who understands complex B2B environments and can work closely with enterprise clients to maximize platform performance and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product success lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market B2B clients across EMEA
  • Drive product adoption, feature engagement, and measurable ROI for customers
  • Develop and execute tailored success plans aligned with client business objectives
  • Act as the strategic advisor between customers and internal Product/Engineering teams
  • Translate customer feedback into structured product insights and roadmap input
  • Monitor customer health scores, usage metrics, retention rates, and expansion potential
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive stakeholder meetings
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales
  • Reduce churn through proactive risk detection and engagement strategies
  • Support onboarding, enablement, and enterprise-level product training
  • Contribute to scalable customer success frameworks and playbooks
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams for feature launches and go-to-market alignment

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Success, Customer Success, or Enterprise Account Management within B2B Tech
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, adoption rate)
  • Experience managing enterprise stakeholders and complex buying cycles
  • Ability to analyze product usage data and deliver actionable insights
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative mindset
  • Experience working with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, cross-functional, international environment
