Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate daily activities between Production, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Stores, and Logistics departments

  2. Monitor end-to-end vehicle manufacturing status and ensure accurate real-time tracking

  3. Develop, maintain, and update live dashboards (Excel / Power BI / ERP systems) reflecting production progress

  4. Track each stage of vehicle assembly and highlight delays or deviations from plan

  5. Provide daily, weekly, and real-time reports to management on production status

  6. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks; escalate issues proactively

  7. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms

  8. Work closely with department heads to gather updates and align production timelines

  9. Support production planning and scheduling activities when required

  10. Maintain proper documentation and historical production data for analysis

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field

  2. 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred)

  3. Strong knowledge of production processes and workflow tracking

  4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Formulas)

  5. Experience with Power BI / ERP systems is highly preferred

  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  7. Excellent communication and coordination abilities

  8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
