Production Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to perform integrated well reviews for gas reservoirs, with a strong focus on hydraulic fracturing and stimulation. The role involves evaluating well performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and developing actionable plans to enhance production.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct integrated well reviews in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (geology, reservoir, and production).
• Analyze historical and current well performance to identify issues and optimization opportunities.
• Develop practical action plans and maintain an action/opportunity register to track progress.
• Mature production enhancement opportunities and prepare well intervention proposals.
• Plan and execute surveillance activities (well testing, sampling, PLTs, surveys).
• Coordinate with field development, drilling, and operations teams to ensure effective execution.
• Prepare and present reports outlining findings, recommendations, and progress.

• Well review reports with clear recommendations.

• Regular progress and technical reports.

• Proven experience in production engineering within gas reservoirs.
• Strong expertise in fracturing/stimulation.
• Experience with well performance analysis and intervention planning.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and deliver under tight timelines.
