Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize cable manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machinery and production processes, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections and testing to identify and rectify defects.
- Manage production teams, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive and motivated workforce.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field).
Holds relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing (preferred).
Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in cable manufacturing or a related industry.
Exhibits a strong understanding of cable manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
