Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Training Objective:
To provide the intern with hands-on experience in manufacturing and production operations, enabling them to gain practical knowledge in an industrial environment while supporting daily production activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring daily production activities according to approved plans.
- Support the manufacturing team in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Help prepare production-related reports such as output, efficiency, and waste.
- Follow and comply with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
- Coordinate with related departments such as Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the training supervisor.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in manufacturing and production operations.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Skills Gained During the Internship:
Practical understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
Exposure to quality and safety standards in an industrial setting.
Development of teamwork and professional communication skills.
Experience in basic reporting and production data analysis.
