Roles & Responsibilities


Job Description:
Establish and update the production task schedule, short and medium term, taking into account all production constraints (maintenance, training).
Anticipate very short-term risks of schedule failure to define and implement an appropriate corrective action plan.
Prepare and manage gate reviews and implement and monitor industrial performance indicators (cost and time) via performance reviews.
Define and manage the implementation of the specific reference schedule during engine induction.
Participate in the definition and implementation of the improvement plan for their sector.
Manage coordination with internal clients and suppliers (flow managers, tooling and grouping function, planning manager, Shop Visit Managers).
Define the shop's residual capacity to anticipate potential site workloads.
Manage their teams with a collaborative approach and implement the necessary resources. necessary to promote their professional development
Job Requirements
Engineering degree in industrial or logistics methods (Or equivalent)
Experience: 5 years in an industrial planning position, ideally in the aeronautics sector
