Job Description
: Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and minimize risks within
your sector by managing HSE action plans.
Guarantee the achievement of set objectives (costs, quality, deadlines).
To this end, you will be the functional manager of the support teams assigned to the Production Unit (Production Manager, Methods Preparer, Product Quality Specialist, and Process Engineer).
In this context, you will define the priorities for actions required from the support functions (Quality, Engineering, and Production Management) to achieve the best SQCDPI performance for your line.
Be responsible for manufacturing, respecting the objectives of the production plan.
Ensure the application of the design documentation.
Manage action plans for reducing costs and deadlines, and improving the quality and efficiency of your area of responsibility.
Ensure the quality of services provided to clients and adherence to commitments
. Define cost and delivery time objectives, and implement corrective actions in case of deviations or delays.
Participate in product development committees and define the implementation order for changes.
Manage the definition of the material and human resources to be deployed.
Manage investments in your line and participate in the analysis of their profitability.
Contribute to maintaining a high-performing team and sustain its motivation by being able to identify promising profiles in order to develop them within the company.
Ensure compliance with QRQC level 1 and 2 standards.
Guarantee a 5S and IP dynamic within your production lines.
