Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager - Production at Green Metal Industries LLC.
The position is based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The General Manager - Production will oversee production planning, quality control, and production management. They will be responsible for leading the manufacturing team, ensuring operational efficiency, and meeting production targets. Day-to-day tasks may include managing production schedules, implementing quality standards, coordinating with other departments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications Experience in Production Planning and Production Management Skills in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to high-quality standards Strong Team Leadership capabilities and ability to manage manufacturing teams Experience in Manufacturing processes and management Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
